Hello, I'm Troy Slifer, proud owner and operator of T&L Construction. With over 32 years of experience, we have been serving Baltimore, Howard, Carroll, Frederick, Anne Arundel, Montgomery, and Prince George’s Counties with exceptional construction services.

After fulfilling my service commitment to the USAF, I embarked on a career in construction in 1987. Since then, I have dedicated my life to honing my skills as a master builder, carpenter, and craftsman. From stick framing and residential remodeling to intricate trim and millwork installations, I have developed a wide range of expertise.

Unlike many in the industry who rely heavily on subcontractors, I believe in a hands-on approach. By personally overseeing and performing much of the work, I ensure that my clients receive the highest quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Every project is treated as if it were for my own family, reflecting my pride in ownership.
